Trail Overview: This moderately trafficked paved trail that stretches a little over 2-miles one-way from Wetmore Rd. to Arroya Rd. passes through the center of the park where patches of sycamore and walnut trees dot a grassy valley. Numerous dirt trails branch off from it but I stuck to the main trail to avoid josteling, however several appeared to be manageable by wheelchair.
Not far from the Arroya Rd. entrance you briefly see a creek and pass through a wooded section to a bridge crossing where soon afterwards the trail slightly climbs uphill and the vista opens up. Bird-song filled the air on my spring & fall visits.
More Info: There's one steep incline at about 1.5 miles out from the Wetmore parking lot There's little shade on the trail and temps can be high in the summer months
